Acceptable art files include Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF files.

Make sure non-vector files are at least 300dpi and saved at print size or larger. Vector artwork requires at least 1pt line thickness to provide a quality print. All fonts need to be rasterized or outlined. To avoid font substitution, include a PDF or JPG of your design.

And PLEASE make sure the image is saved at the exact size you want it printed.

Artwork that isn’t “screen print ready” will increase turnaround time.

Turnaround time is 10-15 business days from artwork approval and invoice payment. We can print rush jobs in as little as 48hrs depending on the design and quantity. Rush orders are subject to rush fees and require payment up front in full.

Although we are primarily a print shop, we do offer affordable graphic design.

Please note that this may increase turnaround time and has a separate fee.

Of course! Generally, ink colors are matched to what is closest in stock, but we can match exact colors on request. PMS matching will incur a nominal fee. Please provide a swatch or PMS number when placing your order.
